Tucked away in a small shopping strip, across from a Walmart store, you will find Taco Rico. A really good Tex-Mex, Mexican restaurant. This a real "find" in Miami, Fl, believe me!!!! It's kept clean, the food is really good, and their Sangria, even better. There is nothing fancy about Taco Rico, but their freshly, made daily food, makes up for that. You go to the counter, order your food, get your basket of chips, then make a trip to their salsa bar. They give you a number to set on your table, and then you wait for someone to bring you your order. The place is always packed with people, so that's your number one clue that the food is good. They offer an array of Mexican dishes. Pick your favorite, and go for it!! You won't be disappointed. We like their pork enchiladas, mine with no cheese. The plate comes with two enchiladas, their homemade tomatillo sauce, rice, and beans. This time we tried their taquitos. They were fried to perfection, and came with a side of sour cream. Delicious!!!! So, when we need our Mexican "fix" in Miami, Taco Rico's is where we head!!!! The food is fantastic, the service is great, and the prices are reasonable.
